Group Health Plan

At UltimoSoft we treat you as a valued contributor, and we also care for your family. We truly treat them as part of our family. We pay for your entire Family Health Insurance at our cost. This insurance is provided by Blue Cross. Apart from Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance is also provided at company's cost.

401K Plan

To encourage all eligible employees to save on a pre-tax basis and build a financial reserve for their retirement, all regular full-time employees having completed one year of service are eligible to participate in the UltimoSoft 401K savings plan. As caring employers, we will contribute up to 5% of your contribution (maximum allowed contribution is $2000 per annum).

Paid Vacation

All full-time employees are eligible to earn vacation days annually, which can be used in hourly, half- or full-day increments. You will be given a paid vacation of 10 days after one year of service, 15 days after 2 years of service, and finally reaching 20 days after 5 years of service.

Paid Holidays

Full-time regular employees are eligible for company paid holidays. UltimoSoft offers eight scheduled paid holidays for all full-time regular employees: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If a client declares a holiday on a day while you are working for them, you will be paid at a full salary rate.

Immigration Costs

UltimoSoft will pay for your legal and immigration expenses. We will ensure your proper settlement. We sponsor Green Cards for all our employees and their dependents at our cost after one year of employment with us.

Workers Compensation

Should you become incapacitated at our work location or any client location, we provide standard workers' compensation up to a million dollars and employees are paid directly by the Insurance Carrier.

Automobile Insurance

All full-time employees are provided with automobile insurance up to a million dollars for all rental cars or non-owned automobiles while traveling on company business.

Auto Loans

All full-time employees who have completed one year of employment are eligible for an interest-free auto loan not exceeding $3,000.

Payment of Salaries

UltimoSoft pays salary to its employees through ADP Payroll Processing Company on a semi-monthly basis through Direct Deposit to the employee's bank account. For their convenience, all employees can login to the ADP website and check their earnings statement on the Pay Day.
